& Raema Chudziak. In the centre of town and it is situated
off the main street. They provide rooms including a family room

The Flax Mill/Caravan Park complex nestles between the
Boyup Brook and the Blackwood River giving it a sense of
tranquillity and privacy in the natural environment.
With its wide range of facilities, local things to see and do and
central position in the South West of Wesern Australia, it is an
ideal place for the visitor to make their base for a
holiday.
Located in the grounds of the Flax
Mill Reserve the caravan park offers: En suite sites and powered
sites including 18 in an undercover
area.
Being an RV FRIENDLY
TOWN, a free sewerage dump is provided for in-house guests
and laundry and shower facilities are offered for a small

grounds are available in picturesque surroundings on the banks of
the Blackwood River.
The Flax industry,
which was in production from World War ll through to 1965, has been
an important part of Boyup Brook's history. Many of the buildings
remain and provide great interest for the visitor, as well as
accommodating a campers' kitchen/activity room with a tile
fire. A sand sculpture collection to delight the child in you
is located in one of the sheds.
Also for hire - Dormitory facilities, Kitchen/Dining room
(seats up to 60), Dance Hall and Indoor Cricket court.
In the Office Gallery a scale model of the whole complex,
as it was when in full production, can be viewed along with a scale
model of the railway bridge know locally as Sketeton Bridge and
numerous other items of memorabilia.

COTTAGE
Tulip Cottage is a magnificent four
and a half star (RAC rating) cottage. It is also run and owned by Richard
and Raema Chudziak and provides for guests a self contained, self
catering cottage on 9 acres. The cottage has been fully restored
with all facilities for up to 9 people. It includes six
bedrooms, a queen, two double and three single with a fully
equipped kitchen and linen provided. Breakfast baskets are by arrangement
($90.00/couple/n, $20/xp/n). The cottage has a lovely view
overlooking the recreation grounds down to the
Blackwood River. Tulip Cottage is situated on 2
Treloar Street, Boyup Brook
